Strategic planning is management's effort to predict the future so that steps can be taken to achieve desirable ends and avoid undesirable risks. Planning is less about how well we can predict the future than about determining the things we need to accomplish in order to have the future we desire. To create a strategic plan means answering a few deceptively easy questions about or organization:

· What will happen to us tomorrow and
thereafter if things continue as they going now?

Information Security and
Assurance
Security Policy and Management. WTG can support your senior management in
creating effective security policies and efficient organizational structures for managing
the security functions within your organization.

security provided by your systems and networks as they are designed or are being operated
